Its lining is made of cotton contrary to the originals which were made of wool. Its buttons are a tannish color versus the darker brown color seen on most originals. Another downfall is the shoulder epaulets are a bit to short. If you decide to buy this jacket you must purchase original buttons to replace the old ones. Priced at $59.00 |
Mil-Tec M41 Jacket The Mil-Tec Sturm M1941 Jacket is a poor reproduction. It has a cotton liner, short epaulets, and tannish buttons. Which are all inaccurate to the real M1941 Jacket. If you decide to purchase this jacket you must replace the tan buttons with proper brown buttons. Priced at $59.00 |
note: The At the Front and Sturm M41's reviewed above are the new runs. If you can get ahold of an old run At the Front or Sturm M41 we highly suggest buying it. We don't suggest wearing an Original M-1941 Jacket in the field because they are getting more expensive everyday and it would be a shame if your original got permanently damaged.
